SHIPPING INFORMATION:
When will my order be ready?
Our current lead time for shipping is 7-10 days, as all pieces are handmade to order, if not already in stock. We kindly ask that you allow the designated time for your order to be made and shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Our shipping prices are as follows:
UK Customers: We ship via Royal Mail Signed for at a flat rate of £4.00. Your order should be with you in 3-4 days once you have been notified of shipping (please check junk mail).
EU + Worldwide Customers: We ship via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked & Signed for at a flat rate of £9.00. Your order should be with you in 8-10 days once you have been notified of shipping (please check junk mail). We do not take responsibility over any custom charges. This will be the responsibility of the customer.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Do you offer repairs for items?
Yes we do. Please note that we do not take responsibility for postage and packing for items returned to us for repair. Please contact us at jane@feathers-wings.com prior to shipping an item back to us. We allow up to 14 days for an item to be returned for repair from the delivery date.
What is your returns policy?
We offer returns and exchanges on all items except for earrings, due to hygiene reasons. We kindly ask that you contact us at feathersandwings@outlook.com or fill in our contact form here, prior to shipping an item back to us. Please note, we do note take responsibility for postage and packaging charges on items returned to us, that is the responsibility of the customer.

What is your returns policy?
At present we do not cover cost for items being returned or exchanged (though we cover the shipment back). This is something we are currently working on to make your shopping experience with us even better. If you do need to return or have an item exchanged, please email jane@feathers-wings.com with your order number and details. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any earrings due to hygiene and safety reasons.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Do you do personalised messages for your pieces?
Yes! Each piece comes with a story/quote, however we can change this to a personalised message, at your request e.g. gift orders, customised pieces. Please do specify if you would like this option. Contact jane@feathers-wings.com for further details.
